Flower color winner!

Surprised it was guessed so quickly… Zack got it! Yellow flowered rubra wherryii. It’s one of the odd colored wherryii flowers that originated in the Deer Park area of western Alabama. It is likely of hybrid origin… Introgressed with S. alata. There were also plants with pink flowers at the same site. Sadly I just recently learned that the site has been destroyed due to road widening.
